DCC Archive Steve when DCC get going again how about a Dr. John or two.

    Although Classic has done his two solo piano titles, I'd love to hear what you could do with the earlier catalogue, especially "The Night Tripper" and "Remedies". Maybe even throw in the mono mix of Night Tripper which is slightly different.

    Great idea, Tommy. You know what I'd like to see? DCC is selling out so well that Steve can't keep up. So Steve selects a young mastering engineer that can hear, and brings him into the fold....... properly! :D

    Was Gris Gris an album too? I seem to remember it was done by "Dr. John the Night Tripper".

    This was quite a while ago.... my memories a bit hazy!

    Yes, Gris Gris was a Dr. John album billed as "Dr. John, The Night Tripper." For those standard CD consumers, Collector's Choice Music has reissued Gris Gris but a DCC version would be nice for the DCC customers naturally. As we all know, it's marketing and choice that matters in business.
