Stones USA Lower Case Lettering Mono Big Hits Vol. 1 Auctions (Two of Them!)

Hello to all.

These rarely surface at ebay but now there are two (seemingly) . The second seller stole the photograph from the first auction and even mentions it.

The second one could be a scam.

 

Whoa, check out the current bid of $4,500 on the category=1593 link!!!

 

I asked the seller who stole the picture to e-mail me a picture of his actual Stones LP. It will be interesting to see if and how he responds.

 

Keith - apparently he "responded" by revising his listing. Still, that second listing is a very "rear Rolling Stones L.P."

 

Let's hope that's the "end" of it! (Sorry couldn't resist a silly pun.)

Goldmine (Vol. 28 No. 6-March 22-2002) indicates it is worth US$ 8,000.

Other ultra-expensive collectors items are the Street fighting man original single, 12x5 in blue vinyl, Beggar's banquet with toilet cover all at US$10,000 and the I wanna be your man/stoned single at US9,000.
