I came up this seller having for sale Kansas the complete albums Elo the complete albums and various other cds and cd sets that out of print. for some time.. Now just none these for most are not sealed yet he says there new.? And looked all over the web to see if anybody amazon and uk sells them etc. nobody.. I find odd this seller has a lot of them and nobody else? Here's a no. of one his auctions. 363948128216 Just find it odd out all the sellers out there on ebay and elsewhere he only has it?
It could be and there's no way to be certain with them sealed. If it smells like fish it probably is.
I haven't checked all the titles but that Kansas one is available from other sellers too. Price range varies and that seller doesn't have the lowest price either. An item can still be new if not sealed. I checked his feedback and did a search for "fake", "knock off", "china", usual words associated with pirate copies and nothing came up. He's been on there since 2007. No guarantees of course but I would think that if he was selling knock offs there would be some indication in the feedback considering how long he's been selling. eBay covers you so I don't think this seller is a high risk per se.
