I have the Optimal pressing Beatles 1+…haven’t heard the Canadian GZ of that one. I’ve basically had good luck with Canadian Beatle related pressings…I know some have had issues.
Bummed, I passed on this because it scanned on the aisle at full price. There were no signs in any way that anything was on clearance.
Today I picked up: Chili Peppers greatest hits: $10 Chili Peppers "Unlimited Love": $18 The Offspring "Let the Bad Times Roll": $12 u2 "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb": $12
The Targets near me basically only have the target exclusive albums. You don't see the randoms like George Harrison, U2, Tattoo You, etc.
Yeah pretty much. I collected a stack (Dr.Dre, Post Malone, The Weeknd's few releases) of target exclusives and was hoping those would scan at reduced prices, too. Probably better for the wallet I guess.
Just to follow up on Abbey Road, I tried 3 different cleaners, and twice in the ultrasonic tank to no avail. My original assumption that there is a defect in the vinyl appears to be case. I just got finished spinning a replacement, and I’m happy to report it’s damn near perfect. Very nice sounding pressing even though a digital master was used.
I got excited seeing activity in this thread...fingers crossed! I have a cart full of BNC and TP waiting for the next B2G1
Sound of Vinyl has a ton of TP and BN and 30% coupon right now, pretty close toB2G1 edit: although the BN classic prices are a bit high.
It's in the fine print: Items can be from any combination of movies, books, board games, video games, craft activities and puzzles. Excludes select video games and pre-order and new release movies. Lowest-priced item will be free. Quantities limited; no rain checks. The last time they had movies in the fine print, movies actually weren't included. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
i believe the last go-round they didn't indicate music would be part of the sale and then sure enough: it was.
