    Thanks for the link!

No Hurting unfortunately. They did play Memories Fade though so that was a nice surprise. It was basically a hits set with emphasis on the last album. I imagine it was probably similar to their last tour set list.

Any idea when we'll see a track list?

  6. Well I'm waiting to hear how the mastering is. The mastering on the last deluxe sucked eggs.

Reissues in various forms are supposed to come out in November, and we don't yet have track lists. I haven't seen anything available for pre-order yet. Seems odd.

I loved this. Where was this version released? Is it official?

Takes me right back to my senior year of High School. Lots of memories associated with this record. Some of the best pop music ever recorded.

Not that I found. I found it on YouTube and posted it a while back. There was some discussion on here about it then, but I can't remember what was said now. I think someone said they didn't think it was from the vaults like it says on the YouTube link. Maybe someone has some knowledge about it on here.

I seriously doubt this was from the vaults. It sounds like a fan-made remix. The overextended length combined with the way, way, WAY over-the-top flanging and reverb effects are really quite amateurish IMHO. It also sounds like it was produced and mixed entirely in a DAW.

Sounds like a Razormaid type remix... a little too repetitive to me but still pretty cool.

What I'm dying to know is how this version of the Vinyl will stack up against the recent MOFI Silver Pressing that I've had my eye on for a while but haven't pulled the trigger on yet??

I 100% agree with this, but I do like the U.S. remix of "Shout" as well.

I may be wrong, but these supposedly "lost" 12" remixes are clever remixes or re-edits done by various people who have gotten hold of the multitracks and uploaded their own versions on YouTube. There's a couple of them up there and a lot of them are actually pretty good and deserve kudos. I have the multitracks for this song and actually did a remix of it for my own personal use. I just used the vocals but the full multitracks includes all the original instruments. You can check out my remix here...

Still keeping my fingers crossed it's a still-in-the-vault mix but I know most likely is fan-made from the multi's. I love when people do these mixes and stay true to the original sound, stretching it out and utilizing all the separate elements and previously unheard parts.

That's the single best TFF website in the whole internet and has been sitting on that throne for over a decade. Those guys at memoriesfade are legends and it's thanks to them that I have my TFF know-how.
Having said that, we need some quality versions of these songs.

I loved Razormaid mixes back in the day - some good ones were done for New Order and Depeche Mode.

After reading this thread, I played Pharoahs for the first time in ages. Always found that one to be hypnotic!

A little OT, but I always loved the way "Head Over Heels" was used in "Donnie Darko".
