That would be the dream celebration of the album for me - Eric and Bobby back on stage again, singing these tracks together like they did in 1970.

Now only if someone can get this ball rolling!

You did read that somewhere, I did too. My guess is it’ll be out much sooner than later.

In a recent interview, Susan said they’d been working on mixing both this show and the Mad Dogs and Englishmen show they did with Leon Russell. Excited for both!

Do you think anybody had the foresight to film this properly? I love the album but would have loved an accompanying DVD even more.

Yes, it was taped and it looks and sounds great. The first post of this thread had a link to it and many of us saw the concert... before the link was taken down.

A blu-ray release would be good!

I've loved listening to this again with a better mix. The audience tape was a little rough. It took them a few songs to take off but they really did a nice job. I think Anyday was the highlight (but that may be because it is my favorite track from Layla).

This is gonna be a fantastic film. Really looking forward to it.

Even though Susan had already mentioned it, it's also nice to get confirmation from Derek that the live album from this show is coming, too.

I’m really looking forward to it for a lot of reasons, not least b/c both Derek & Sue have talked about what an impact that show had on their band. It was a real turning point.

Photographer Linda Wolfe did an excellent book that covers both the tour and the TTB Lockn set, onstage & off. Highly recommend.
