'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem' Trailer Releases - Variety Seth Rogen's take on the Turtles seems like our heroes skew slightly younger than the classic cartoon or the previous films...but it looks suitably hilarious and chaotic. I'm in. Plus Jackie Chan as Splinter? SUPER in. Not clear on some of the other characters, but I do of course remember Bebop, Rocksteady, and Baxter Stockman from the 1990s cartoon.
