It took months of torture in the comfy chair before I was able to distinguish between the Terrys

It is so cool you know this.

 

Apparently it's a fine line between being an obsessive nerd and being cool.

 

Jones was a little in back and not as physically impressive
as Cleese, but Jones was MP's secret weapon. All those guys
were well versed in history, but Jones took our history and
made it hilarious, not an easy thing to do. After all, what's
so funny about bloodshed breaking out at a wedding?

 

... especially considering the history.

 

You, sir, made my day.

 

Jones always made the best squawking woman.

 

Very sad news an end to an amazingly funny talented man and time.
He will be missed.

 

We can all be glad we got to see such talented people who decided to share their ability to make us all laugh. RIP Terry and thanks for making me want to do what you did, even though I couldn’t.

Like the Beatles, the Pythons all brought something special to the table. There has never been anything else quite like them - people try, but you can’t beat the originals. RIP Terry, you gave so much to us. I’ll still be laughing when I watch you again.

I really enjoyed the more recent documentary series, and the one on Charlie Chaplin I think was something very close to his heart. I think a number of The Ripping Yarns were equal to the Python shows for brilliance.

 

But, do they have anything without any Spam in it?
