The Police only *have* about 70 songs.
Am I the only one who finds it a bit strange to pick your 50 favorites. . . out of 70? It is the exact equivalent of picking your 5 favorite days of the week. Wouldn’t it just be easier to list your 20 least favorite? Just seems like a ridiculous backwards way of thinking to me.

edit: I’m sorry, it does say favorite 40.
Still kinda ridiculous to me, though.

 

The German RS polls are always ridiculous. What are the top 200 U2 songs? What are the top 195 Beatles songs? They make me laugh.

But Canary in a Coalmine at 37? That’s a top 10 for me!

Glad to see So Lonely as high as it is. Definitely one of my favorites that I would not have thought most would have in their top 10, much less top 5.
