Susie Cincinatti 45 RPM vinyl single Cotton Fields single version Cotton Fields 20/20 LP version Salt Lake City Back Home (or maybe something some other song... I guess I don't have a 5th choice)
As many have mentioned. these are constantly changing. But I think this is where it stands today. Please Let Me Wonder The Night Was So Young Darlin' I Just Wasn't Made For These Times Kiss Me Baby
Ooof! Impossible to choose. 1962-64? 1965-66? 1967-71? Do I choose by date of recording or release? Decisions decisions.
I agree. For me, this band has far too many periods and classics to distill it down to a mere 5 songs.
For example, if they only released stuff from 1965-1966, then disappeared, we’d still have gotten these: Today! Summer Days Party Pet Sounds Good Vibrations 45 That’s an amazing 2 year run, right there…and that’s not even considering the Fall 1966 SMiLE sessions
Not sure about the "best", but my favorites are: Don't Worry Baby Darlin Help Me Rhonda Wouldn't It Be Nice I Get Around
Good Vibrations Be Still God Only Knows Surf's Up California Girls I would have had a much easier time with a top ten.
