(possibly, more the best song a hypothetical still-extant-in-1974 wrote)

"Let's Be Natural" would be a good one, or perhaps "It's Looking Good"
Now see what you've started :)

"Ticket With No Return" by Orgone Box. It is on YouTube and is a Beatlesque marvel!

'Shiny Cage' by the Dukes of Stratosphear... sort of Revolver condensed into one song...

Not sure what this means. Wichita Lineman comes to mind. If you mean pastiche, I suppose Back of a Car by Big Star.

How about Beatles doing Everybody’s Happy Nowadays b/w Why Can’t I Touch It?

Back in the late 90s a friend of mine asked me if I would make a C90 cassette of Beatles songs for them, with the song choices being mine. I put The Rutles "Eine Kleine Middle Klasse Musik" on there for a laugh, he never ever realised it wasn't a genuine Beatles song! :)

Forgive me if it's already been mentioned (I can't access You Tube at work) but "Our House" by Crosby, Stills and Nash would get my vote.

    BLUR.....`BEETLEBUM`.
A Beatles parody, and a sneaky swipe at `Oasis`, could the title refer to `Noel`...surely not!

"My Before And After" by Cotton Mather (sounds just like a "Revolver" outtake)

Interesting you should bring this one up - an old work colleague of mine used to say this sounded like this should be a George Harrison song
