    One of, if not THE, most important day in music history.

    Very cool. Thanks for the link and remembering today's significance. I would like to add that the book "The Day John Met Paul" is a great read for anyone who wants more background on the time period and circumstances. Even though much of the text is merely speculation, lots of research went into the book to make it as historically accurate as possible. It's a quick read but very well done!

    And to think there is an actual recording of two songs Lennon performed that day! EMI paid $100,000 for the tape in 1994, but it hasn't seen the light of day....

    Also, July 1st, 1963: "She Loves You" recorded at Studio Two, EMI.
