    Great compilation.

A couple things could actually be added. Shorter radio edits, RSD mono edits, do fans have Riders without the Rain? 2006 mixes. Can't remember if the 2002 DVDA surround or a Snoop remix had some minor unique Jim content. Could also stretch to include big beat 68(with or without mid 80's overdubs?) or cars hiss 69.

Were the LAW workshop take numbers officially announced? I've wondered if Botnick did some mix/matching(like MH box) to get a higher number of unreleased tracks. I noticed 1-2 take numbers didn't match the leaked Jampol list of 85 LAW tracks. I think I only counted 5-6 unreleased "takes" without getting into incompletes/dialogue.

    Thanks for linking.

    Just a quick heads up.

Where anytimecowboy says Robbie and Bruce going through la woman track by track

They go through the song LA Woman's tracks - that is the song's separate tracks of vocals, bass, guitar, drums etc.

LA Woman is the only song covered.

I thought I'd post this as there might be others like me, a little slow on the uptake, and think they go through all the songs on the album LA Woman.

Oh for Gawd’s sake, why? I’ve already bought the thing four times over and nothing could make me love it more. Leave it be.

Would be kinda bare with just those 7 takes. I wish they didn’t have the stupid rule of not re releasing stuff. These sets would’ve been nice if it was a one stop collection for everything related to the album. They already made their money on the last reissues.

There is a version of "Orange County Suite" floating around that just has Jim Morrison at the piano.

Has this ever been officially released? All the Doors stuff I have has the band overdubs on this track. If the solo piano version has only been bootlegged, than that's my pick for a bonus track on any future reissue of L.A. Woman.

Paris, 6 unheard takes, other unheard takes(frankensteined), undubbed OCG is pushing 10 tracks. I think the 2011 iTunes exclusives are fair game since they were region locked/expired and unreleased physically. Instrumentals/RSD single/no rain Riders. Nobody knows about the 1969 L'America unused Antonioni soundtrack mix.

Maybe 8 takes of Close To You as a cherry on top of the 50th boxes.

NoLa 1970 and the aborted Rothchild session are for future boxes if they bounties are still too high.

This would be pretty cool, the solo Jim track is much more atmospheric.

Still working on LAW 50th. Nothing set. Morrison solo stuff will finally see the light too later this year unless there are no more Covid issues which has delayed a lot. Rightfully so.

Ok, well I'd be interested, it's due for release in June so a deluxe version should be announced soon if they intend one.
The description for the current basic version suggests a 'new creatures' document facsimile repro.
Maybe the deluxe would include a cd?
