well, finally stockholm! Primary Wave are doing a great job, the best in the last 20 years of Doors releases

The Doors Live at Konserthuset, Stockholm features a live radio broadcast from September 20, 1968 which has never before received an official release. The comprehensive set includes rare live performances of “Mack The Knife,” “Love Street,” and “You’re Lost Little Girl.” It’s a great sounding recording of a great performance of The Doors during their infamous 1968 European Tour with Jefferson Airplane.

Yeah, they're on a great streak of excellent releases as far as I'm concerned. This set list is wild: partial "Celebration of the Lizard," "Wild Child," "Love Street," "You're Lost Little Girl," and freakin' "Mack the Knife?!" This should be a killer set.

Good question. I wonder if they got their hands on the original radio recording or if it's a second-generation recording that someone made off of the radio broadcast.

Great news! These were recorded for Swedish FM radio and circulate in true stereo as bootlegs but with distorted vocals.

Were these originally recorded on multi-track or direct to two-track for radio broadcast?

I hope they use the original masters and the vocal distortion is not present (or removed) on the official release.

Surely a CD release will follow the RSD release.

How many live recordings are there of Love Street in this kind of quality ... don't think there are that many ...

As the volume of the song is lower in this track, the vocals don't suffer that much ...

Seems like more than enough copies not to fight on RSD

Yeah, that distortion on the vocals is the only thing that needs fixing ... all the rest sounds pretty decent on the boots

First I ever heard of multi tracks existing. Some of the only live multi tracked Doors from 67-68.

Does the Hendrix swedish broadcast from a couple months later exist?

Well, to me ... that European tour (especially the Roundhouse shows in London) were truely magical ... so can't say I am disappointed with that release ... especially if they can fix those vocals ...

I'm happy for this unknown or not.
Nice Companion to 67 with better sound and some different songs .
Kinda tired of the 70 tour it's great to get some older stuff official.
