Didn't see any threads on this.

It is going to premiere on YouTube Monday, November 11. Free with ads or ad free with YouTube TV premium service.

I doubt that there will be much new to learn. The film score is by Mike McCready and was released on Friday (11/9) with some of Cash's own recordings and voiceover clips from the movie.

    Preview track
The Cave, The Darkness, and the Presence of Light

Has a similar feel as Neil Young's Dead Man soundtrack.

No problem. I think it's great the attention that Cash has got this year. This doc along with Ken Burns' Country Music and the release of the sessions with Dylan have put him back on the radar for a lot of people.

Johnny Cash should have as much said about him as any entertainer. None other like him.

Just finished watching this on You Tube. Watched on my 32" screen, and the quality was so high overall, I forgot I was watching You Tube !!!!
    VERY highly recommended.

John Carter's been posting about it for a few weeks, and of course there was a concert / screening in Nashville last night.

Just finished watching this. I really enjoyed it.
Lot's of great new photo's and some video that is not normally seen which was delightful.
Unlike other documentaries, it does go into a bit more detail about his first marriage and their life.
A lot of the story is the same obviously, but the part that really hooked me, was his return to drugs in the
    mid 70's and 80's.
That part hasn't been really documented much, and it's affect on his marriage and music.
    Really emotional and touching stuff.
The incredible meeting with Rick Rubin and how that relationship blossomed and the loss of June.
    Heart-wrenching at this point.
A lot of the early story is quite familiar, but the last 40 minutes of so really got me.
For anybody who has never seen any of the many documentaries, this one is a great one.

I no longer feel a need to own a copy of everything I like, as I used to.
I've watched it, I've enjoyed it, now I'm done with it. Granted, to have looked , and sounded so high quality on You Tube, where of course, the quality is usually pretty poor, it'll likely look unbelievable on Blu ray, owning a physical disc, and a plastic case is no longer something I find necessary.
I believe having had to pack it all up a year ago, carry it out to a truck, move it 25 miles down the road, then unpack the truck, carry it into the new place, and unpack it made a bigger impression on me than even I realized.
