This is one of my absolute favorites. Bit of J-pop, hip-hop and a tinge of that Shibuyakei scene vibe too. Never fails to put me in a great mood. Would love a vinyl release.

Her first single from composer Kyohei Tsutsumi, so charming and energetic.

Kyoko Koizumi liked on of my post on Instagram when she did her KKPP tour, i became so happy.
Parts from the tour will be seen in the home media release KKPP ~TOUR 2022 Live at Nakano Sun Plaza Hall DVD/Blu-ray and will be available on
    2022-09-21 from several retailers.

Below proof from my Kyoko Koizumi subreddit.

Haha that's awesome. And coincidentally I was just playing one of her greatest hits records this morning. Don't know her stuff too well, otherwise

I would say that it is typical for all Seigen Ono masterings.

Speaking of the Shibuya-kei scene, here are some of my absolute favorites that I'd love to see pressed on vinyl:

Ozawa! - The Dogs Bark, but the Caravan Moves On (1993)
    Doopees - Doopee Time (1995)
    Halcali - Halcali Bacon (2003)
    Lamp - 恋人へ (2004)
    Plus-Tech Squeeze Box - Cartooom! (2004)

Also, I really wish Mondo Records repressed the Katamari Damacy OST. That one is brilliant too.

    Two new records by Boris

    Boris - W

    Boris - Heavy Rocks

I am sure this post is redundant. W is so cool. Wata whispering. Great record.

    They are on tour now,

    sorry,

    I’m sure it’s been mentioned,

One of the best songs from the year 1985, an early Tetsuya Komuro masterpiece arranged by Yuming's husband Masataka Matsutoya (松任谷正隆), an idol song polished to perfection.

郷ひろみ / Hiromi Go - Otoko No Ko Onna No Ko (1972)

    Lyricist: Tokiko Iwatani
    Arranger, Composer: Kyohei Tsutsumi

An early hit from the hitmaker and the master of musical rewrites Kyohei Tsutsumi 筒美 京平, recorded by a very young Hiromi Go, a man still in business. A carefree tune that keep you in a good mood.
