Maybe I misunderstood what you posted, but that Tal Farlow album was originally released in 1956 by Norman Granz's label Norgran and later reissued by Verve, not Blue Note. It's also included in the great Tal Farlow Mosaic CD-box.
I found this in my parents' record cabinet over 40 years ago. They were not jazz fans and probably played it once.

A fine record by an underrated bariton saxophonist. Not seen much here aroung. ... and great cover scans excellent quality pix indeed.
"Octopus" = My favorite jazz guitar player - have the reissue from Japan in vinyl and almost complete his total output. He had this nickname for his big hands capable of all (even the most difgficult) grip combinations on the guitar pord. Here is the front of the book about him from my friend Mr. Guy Littler Jones.
West Coast Jazz featuring Bobby Hutchersdon on an album by Ron Jefferson "Love Lifted Me" on Pacific Jazz PL-36 - recorden 1961 - reissue by Toshiba-EMI 1992
Nice!! He plays really fast, and make some impossible combinations, very technical. My favorite guitarrist its Wes montgomery.
