An early hard bop cornerstone album by one of the few true giants of the tenor saxophone, overflowing with bold, rhythmic, swinging, melodic music. Any album featuring Thelonious Monk and Horace Silver has got to be good, and sure enough, this is one of the greatest jazz recordings ever made. Fans of Joe Jackson might recognize the album cover.
