The Johnny Carson Show (1955-56). Any with no on-screen logo?!

I'm a fan of vintage TV and recently borrowed a set of DVD's called The Best of Johnny Carson and Friends. It was produced by Mill Creek Entertainment. Only Disc One has episodes of the show, the rest are various Carson programs mixed in with shows having nothing to do with him (Berle, Martin & Lewis, etc.). The problem with the set is that there is an annoying logo that pops up on screen frequently throughout each program. Are the Carson programs available anywhere else without the logo? Shout! did put out a set a few years back of the program (with no logo issues) but not all of the episodes on the Mill Creek set are on that one. Any help is appreciated!
