Star Trek The Search For Spock and The Voyage Home....both on UHD-BD. Star Trek is best served cold on UHD-BD.

"Brutal" doesn't come close, "Shockingly brutal", as you put it, nails it. I liked it as well and, that worries me, lol.

"A Nightmare on Elm Street," the 2010 remake. I expected it to be much worse, after a decade of bad word of mouth. I didn't think it was terrible, just unnecessary.

Probably my favourite 'Cold War' film of them all.
Kazan definitely got the most out of the awesome
cast he had to work with here.

The best Petticoat Junction-related film noir classic of all! (lol)
Glenn Ford makes for a pretty good "moral compass" (as usual).

History Is Made At Night (1937).
    What a powerful, magnificent movie.
I'd forgotten how heavy a drama this was as well as being a romantic movie.
With Jean Arthur and Charles Boyer.
    I love Jean Arthur.
    Incredible movie.

Santa Fe Trail on BD....I liked it but a better title for it would of been John Brown's Trail. This western is so not typical but the title suggests it might be. Raymond Massey is just brilliant as John Brown. Errol Flynn and Olivia De Havilland seem more like the supporting cast.
