  1. Too bad we couldn't have gotten expanded editions of both films particularly the unofficial "Director's cut"

The Place Beyond the Pines - nothing special

I started to watch Bourne Legacy and turned it off, what a mess.

  5. I thought it was just me when I saw this in theaters. A bad movie made even worse by the squandered money and talent behind it. It looked like it underwent a massive re-edit to me based on the poor pacing and structure of the film.

Entity (2012) - surprisingly CREEPY thriller on Netflix streaming. I was very surprised by this one after attempting to watch & get into so many other mediocre (at best) films on the service. It starts out a bit slow but by the end, the creepy factor really ramps up. Check this one out!

First time I saw it, found the whole last sequence-with the sunset- jaw-dropping. Hope to see it again soon.

It Happened Here (1965) - 50th anniversary screening with the directors in attendance. The film presents an alternate history where the Nazis successfully invaded Britain. An essentially amateur production, it still packs a punch. The BFI are working on a Blu Ray which will hopefully result in more exposure for the film.

This movie is interesting because there's really not much of a set at all. It's all psychological.

That wasn't filmed in Yellowstone Park but rather the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

I love that film but I may be mistaken as well. Here's what's on wiki:
Despite the film taking place in upstate New York, according to the film credits, it was filmed mostly in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Locations used include Lake James, Chimney Rock Park and The Biltmore Estate. Some of the waterfalls that were used in the movie include Hooker Falls, Triple Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and High Falls located in the DuPont State Forest. Another of these falls was Linville Falls, in the mountains of North Carolina.
