yes she's fabulous and they know what they are getting into when they come in front of her...I wonder if some of it's an act...funny the winner and losers (the show pays their fine) both get paid...not a bad deal if you want your crap in front of the entire world! Damn...LOL..
I notice she's also pretty nice to little kids when they come up to the box to be questioned by her, unless it's obvious that the kid's been coached or the kid *is* lying... She also seems pretty sympathetic to pet owners too...
I'd be happy with just a plain old DVD release of "The Beverly Hillbillies" (though from your postings, I know you favor Blu-Ray)... There are episodes that I haven't seen since after-school airings in the 80s-Episodes like the ones where Jethro and Elly May fall in with the hippies and are in the forest as "Robin Hood" and "Maid Marion" and the hippies think they're talking about smoking some weird substance when they talk about smoking crawdads.
I cannot find a single negative about that show other than not having it available on home video in a complete form! what's going on? it's not like the show wasn't popular!
right on both...she's a stickler for " common law couples" a term of which she doesn't acknowledge! she she's really funny at times!
English. It's got Helen Mirren as an ultra conservative politician and how world politics effects a normal family.
I wonder if the Paul Henning estate is the one holding it back? Unless it's owned entirely by CBS nowadays and they're not allowing it?
I Dream Of Jeannie. What a stupid show but I like it somewhat. I wonder if Larry Hagman and Barbara Eden ever hooked up back in the day.
I finished Years and Years. The last half hour was a bit of a letdown but it's worth watching for the first 5 and a half hours.
Just finished The Young Pope S1 (HBO). I had no idea about it going in, but was pleasantly surprised; it was odd, interesting and at times fascinating. Is the young pope a saint, a charlatan, or just an *******? Never goes where you think it's heading. Jude Law is fantastic as the young pope; Diane Keaton and James Cromwell also have important roles. Imaginative directing from Paolo Sorrentino. Great soundtrack.
