I'm rewatching Wolf Hall, along with rereading it and Bring up the Bodies, in preparation for part three; the Mirror and the Light. Phenomenal novels.

On my iPad. It occurs to me, I haven't 'watched TV' on a TV in years, and it's been a decade since I last saw broadcast TV.

Law & Order in the afternoon on 5USA (a British channel). There are sometimes abrupt cuts in the teaser sequences when someone finds a dead body. One episode actually had its whole teaser missing and jumped from “These are their stories” into the opening titles.

Just watched this as well. Thought it was really good. A must watch if you like The Sopranos.

What a great set. I love the commentaries that use Serling's lectures. :righton:

Lately I'm watching loads of episodes of minder, Poirot & the Sweeney. I need to free up space on the DVR.

Me too tonight - back to season 2. I have to finish Twilight Zone so I can do The Fugitive, The Saint, The Avengers Emma Peel set, Outer Limits and then maybe Night Gallery!

I still need to buy Outer Limits - it is (or was) streaming on Amazon. I have not seen Night Gallery forever. I am hoping that it holds up. I will probably order that when I get enough Amazon points.

Thanks for the tip. Yeah, they have been in my cart for a while. Hopefully by the time I get Volume 2 the episode with the bad audio will be out of circulation. I have been wanting those for a while.

Is most of Night Gallery worthy? I know some of the comedy bits are not great but that is a small amount of the show.

It's good... I own it but it's NOT the Twilight Zone...I am glad to own it as I saw this on first run.
if you see OL at a good price grab it! you can always get a corrected disc if it's not included... I did with no problem.

I am holding out for a sale on the Outer boxes. If I finish those other shows first then I will probably give in and just get them.

I try to keep track of those things. Amazon was out of Night Gallery without stating a "back in stock soon" time a couple of days ago but now it says that it is coming back August 5th.

I need to spread these things out a bit!

I've watched a few episodes of the 2020 Twilight Zone. They seem to have dialed down on the wokeness this series, which is a significant improvement, but what's left isn't very good.
