Just finished Nine Perfect Strangers last night. Excellent acting and curious story. I recommend it but did feel that they rushed the ending to wrap it up in 8 episodes. Prior to that watched the season premiere of the Conners on ABC. I still think it is a funny and enjoyable show.
Squid Game 2021 Korean tv show. Binged the whole series in a day (I'm on medical leave) and had a fun time, together with some bbq wings and popcorn. Battle Royale for grownups, weird ride!
30 Rock. Got complete series dvd box ( cheap). Watched a couple of episodes, not funny.. amusing... whatever. Does it get better?
Is "500 Nations" something that was on something like PBS, where I could watch it via "on demand", or is it on one of those streaming services? (I don't have any of the streaming services).
It was made for TV but I don't remember for which network. It came out during the early 1990's, as best as I recall. I had it on LD but gave it away at some point, probably to a relative...??? I got a DVD set this time.
Northern Exposure Season 3 Episode 11 Dateline: Cicely - "In an effort to sell more issues of his newspaper, Maurice hires pathological liar Adam to write for it."
Squid Game I heard all the hype and hesitated because I try not to fall for hype but this was worth it. Very good. Great acting and characters. Great suspense. I binged in two nights and want more.
