The Two Ronnies on BBC something last night. Only moderately funny now.
I then saw a bit of Gregory Porter's Christmas jazzy show. God he's bland.
Best thing of the evening was Upstart Crow.

Agreed. I'm not sure I'm completely on target all the time, but it's fun.

I bought the complete Homeland blu-ray box for seasons 1–6 and did just about the same. It’s nice to watch it, but it’s quite rude at times. And I’m sure it’s based some what on real happenings. What a crazy world it is.

The Ellen DeGeneres Stand Up Comedy Special on Netflix. Only one four-letter word during the whole program; a pleasant change of pace compared to most comedians.

Yes, both seasons. (She is in only the first one.) Both we’re good, if a little drug out. Still, they are worth watching.

Nice. Just finished watching the Carol Burnett ep., which I'd never seen. One of the lighter-hearted, heavy-handed eps but it was nice to see a young, spritely Burnett doing the schtick that would later make her own variety show famous. Remember variety shows? :p

Are you watching "The Beverly Hillbillies" on DVDs or on one of the retro TV networks (ME-TV, etc.)?

I'm going through a couple of series-- Twilight Zone, Naked City, and Thriller. I can watch an episode of each and pretend it's a night in 1962..... :)
