The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power Amazon TV Show*

Sorry I'm not that far in yet so haven't formed too much of an opinion. It's good enough that I'll keep watching it.

 

The cast is starting to talk more about the next season:

Interesting that Clark is talking about how Nenya (the ring) will change Galadriel in Season 2. Change into what ... we shall see.

 

I gave up on this show after the first 6 episodes. I found it pretty silly and borderline unwatchable. The mighty Numenoreans were described by Tolkien as well over 6 feet tall who were fearsome warriors with incredibly long lives. In the show, the warriors consisted sometimes of 19 year old college kids who could barely swing a sword. What an odd show. And don't get me started on the Harfoots... Galadriel seemed nothing like the Galadriel described in the books.
