My mom was indeed ticked off, but I'm glad I got one (I make minimum wage, am in school, and live at home, so it's not a good idea to regularly make such large purchases).
… I ordered with Headquarters sets and I received an “on the way” email. I dunno if they include the entire order in the same package or not.
Yes, ordered on Nov. 29 & got shipping notice on Dec. 1. Due on the 8th. I wasn't missing out a third time!
Beave, I can't do this -- I punch in my info and get a message that says "this order number doesn't match our records"?
This is odd since I got an confirmation e-mail with an order number on the same day I made the order and I did it as a guest.
In my experience with Rhino, it could take up to 10 business days before you get an email saying you item has shipped
I still have the order info of both the Blu-Ray set and the 'HQ' SDE saved in my emails: Regarding the Blu-Ray set, the order was placed on 04/13/22 but I didn't receive the shipping notice until 04/19/2022, so six days between the two emails... The emails for the SDE are a little different though in that the set was a pre-order so it didn't ship right away. That said, I ordered it on 11/02/2022 but I didn't receive the shipping notice until 11/16/2022, so two weeks between the time of order and the shipment.
Same day I ordered my Headquarters box set. Rhino shows my order is in. A friend told me it took about two weeks to get his Blu-ray set after he ordered.
Apologies if I’m asking a much-answered question, but are these Blu-ray Discs region-free? And likely to work on a UK player?
Don’t know, best to ask someone in UK who bought one. Update: Just heard from Ed Reilly, he believes it is region free.
According to the fine print in the booklet that comes with the set, they’re All Region: A, B and C. So you should be OK.
As a further confirmation, I've had this set since it was originally released and it plays fine. It's a big improvement on the DVD sets. Steven
