    This Polygram DVD features a concert in Liverpool some 30 years after their heyday.

    To my surprise it is a superb performance. Sadly the Shadows were nowhere near as popular in USA as in England. It had me watching avidly for the entire show, and had me wanting to rush out and buy a red Fender Stratocaster.

    Only one duff track - True Love Ways, a vocal - but the remainder more than make up for it.
