I'm looking forward to seeing this. Goofy storyline, brilliant director, popular young actors. Should do well at the box office. I'm also looking forward to hearing the soundtrack. There's been an odd silence about what this includes (still no published tracklist). The album is due out at the end of this month.

And paid big bucks for the privilege. $10 million according to what was linked earlier.

I just want to know the twist; dream or elaborate prank? The Wikipedia summary or TV Tropes article will do.

Being "bothered" by the very premise, though? Yikes.

I went to see Rocketman at the weekend - which is excellent, by the way - and saw the trailer for Yesterday. I'm an old cynic, particularly when it comes to my favourite band, which is why I steered clear of Eight Days A Week. However, I really want to see Yesterday.

You're welcome. It's actually similar like editing quotes. You can also alter the spoiler bar's head title (that's the window after you click on 'spoiler' but before you go to 'continue').

I appreciate how, at least via the trailer, the film clearly has a great respect for the Beatles' music. Suggesting that their songs are timeless, that even if released today they would still move people, is A-OK with me. It will also reinforce the Beatles' cultural influence to a younger audience.

we don't even know ! Why the blackout, why people don't remembered, the movie don't say why, and it's so frustrating. At the end there is a scene where you could say: ah ! we're gonna know the reason why and no... Just there to serve the love story

I went to see Rocketman on Wednesday - which is .. mmmmmm... , by the way - and saw the trailer for Yesterday. I'm an old cynic, particularly when it comes to (one of) my favourite bands, which is why I watched Eight Days A Week (it was ok/so-so). However, I really had a visceral reaction to the trailer for Yesterday and I really don't want to see it. Maybe it's too much like those movies where the main man wakes up and finds the wife and kids do not exist and he has to go back in time and re-live his life (Think this was a Nick Cage film, yeah?) and I don't want to even consider that one.

Or, it could be it just looks like one lousy movie, from the trailer. I mean, worse than I even thought..

Do we get to see Paul or Ringo at all during the film?

Yeah, expect if you dangle something of our heads in a trailer. And then pull a GOTCHA. That movie has failed
