Now THIS is something I've been waiting on. Proper/reasonable dvd releases of the Three Stooges. Sign me up - this plus Route 66 finally getting released on dvd? I must be in heaven, or getting close.

Is this the first "official" video release of "Disorder in the Court"?

 

Ah yes, "Slippery Silks", containing one of their best sight gags....the model hand used as a catapult for the cream pies....watch it again and see the substitution which creams Curly!

 

Once again I'll be buying this stuff. At least some is unreleased. Wake up and go to sleep.

 

At least this is much more "value for your money". The previous dvd releases were severely lacking, that's why I never bought any of them, as much as I wanted to. Sign me up! I'll be watching this thread....

 

OK Columbia. This sounds promising. Please release all 190 comedy's (including Shemp/Joe). All Uncut. Restored Pic. No fake color. Nice packaging.
It's simple and you'll make all Stooge Fan's happy!
Bonus stuff would be nice.
Please do it right and don't take years to get to Shemp.

Sony/Columbia has had high prices/low quantity of shorts on their handful of Stooges dvd releases. This looks like a promising start to picking these up at a very reasonable price.

Does anyone know which episode it is where either Moe or Curly accidently shoot someone with a rifle and Larry leans over and says:

"Hey, you shot that guy."

My dad and I always thought that was the single greatest Larry line ever!
