This is the resulting Top 20 Beatles songs list from the three polls I opened 1 week ago. The songs are ordered according to the number of votes rather than the percentage of votes, because the polls had different quantity of voters (I tried to solve that issue with the "none of the above" option, but it seems that some participants avoided choosing that).

    1) A Day In The Life 144
    2) Strawberry Fields Forever 138
    3) Penny Lane 113
    3) Here Comes The Sun 113
    5) Tomorrow Never Knows 103
    6) I Am The Walrus 102
    7) Dear Prudence 101
    8) Ticket To Ride 99
    9) In My Life 94
    10) Paperback Writer 93
    10) Rain 93
    10) While My Guitar Gently Weeps 93
    13) Something 92
    14) Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) 91
    14) Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End 91
    16) Nowhere Man 90
    17) Help! 88
    18) We Can Work It Out 85
    19) A Hard Day's Night 84
    20) Eleanor Rigby 83

    Original polls:
POLL: Top 20 Beatles songs (1/3)
POLL: Top 20 Beatles songs (2/3)
POLL: Top 20 Beatles songs (3/3)

I believe I voted for 15 of those 20 (omitted were Here Comes the Sun, Tomorrow Never Knows, Dear Prudence, Ticket to Ride and In My Life, which means the top three plus all of 10 through 20 were in), but I had a total of 27 and there were others I would have voted for that weren't on the poll, of which I Me Mine and It's All Too Much come to mind.

I'll vote 15 in the poll here but I doubt all the 15 I voted for would truly be in my top 20

Take into account that I'm asking regarding the final list. Thus, your answer would be 5, since "Taxman", "Magical Mystery Tour", "Helter Skelter" and "Let It Be" didn't enter into the final Top 20 list.

It's hard to count exactly without actually making a top 20 list, but from this list, these would all be contenders for me:

    Penny Lane
    Here Comes The Sun
    Dear Prudence
    In My Life
    Something
Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)
    Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End
    Nowhere Man

10 of the above mentioned are in my top 40 ;)

    Edit:

I don't rate ADITL and TNK as high as others. My favorite songs from 1967 are
Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields Forever, I am the Walrus and When I'm 64 (sorry).

    The best from 1966 are:
Paperback Writer, Rain, Taxman and Eleanor Rigby.

    1965:
Ticket to Ride, I'm Down, Nowhere Man and Drive my Car (sorry)

    1964:
A hard Day's Night, If I fell, I feel Fine And I love her.

    1963:
She Loves You, I want to Hold your Hand, This Boy and There's a Place.

    ==

1968: Hey Jude, Back in the USSR, Dear Prudence, Happiness is a warm gun

1969: Here comes the Sun, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, Come Together, Oh Darling!
