A couple of Beatles, LZiv, Dark Side.

They may be best selling but none are my favourite albums by those artists. And I can't imagine wanting to listen to anything off the rest of the list.
[edit: I tell a lie, I quite like ABBA]

[Oh, and some of those BeeGees songs are good]

[...and Into The Groove is a fun track...

    and...
Yeah, but what have the Romans ever done for us?]

Nine. All the Beatles and Eagles albums, plus Floyd, Zep, Mac, and Springsteen.

Though I haven’t put on an Eagles album, nor BITUSA, in ages.

Can’t stand any of the others listed.

I take that back. I have no issue with Adele. She’s quite talented and good. Just not something I’d buy.

Guess it goes some way to show the make up of the forum...

most folks have the 2 Beatles studio albums, with Pink Floyd, LZ, Fleetwood Mac & Springsteen a bit further behind...then Eagles, Bee Gees, AC/DC, Meat Loaf, ABBA and Jackson a bit further behind again..and then the others way back

I have five, but I wouldn't put any of them in my personal Top 25 albums.

It's amazing how inconsistent this list is in accordance with how many albums, overall, some of these artists sold in their entire career. For instance, Madonna doesn't appear till near the bottom of the list..and even at that, it's with a compilation album...and yet, the last I heard, she was in the top five best selling artists of all time. Bat Out Of Hell, while I get its' appeal at the time it came out, is the biggest shocker for me. Interesting list.

In the total list (all albums over 20m) Jackson has 5 on the list, Dion has 4, Beatles, Madonna and Houston have 3.

According to Wikipedia, Bat Out of Hell is one of the best-selling albums of all time, having sold over 43 million copies worldwide. It is certified 14x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). As of June 2019, it has spent 522 weeks in the UK Albums Chart, the second longest chart run by a studio album.

I was never a Meat Loaf fan myself, but my cousin's father was Meat Loaf's manager. He had a lot of framed platinum and gold records on his walls.
