They had 21 top 40 singles between 1969 and 1975.

I’ll bide my time until the Three Hit Wonders...
thread appears, ‘cause I’ve got a beauty. All three Top Ten hits in fact.

    Perfect example.

    Shaky example.
I'm not sure about, "Good Girls Don't" being a hit song. At least at the level of "My Sharona"...or the Steppenwolf classics.

And their drummer would go on as a long time member of King Crimson.

My local used to play Stay on These Roads quite a bit back in 88, poor tune never charted here. The DJ must of enjoyed it though.

    Sixpence None the Richer:
"Kiss Me" (#2) and "There She Goes" (#32)
The first hit was one of the best pop singles of the late 90s. The second was a pretty decent cover of the The La's signature tune.

Great cover and album! Local never played that one that I remember. Saw the CD in the 'new release' section and picked it up :)

"Here's to the Night" was voted to be my high school graduation song, but the teachers vetoed it as the song is about a one-night stand. Instead we got "Faith of the Heart" by Rod Stewart. Apparently though, many other schools didn't have a problem with it as it is notable as a popular grad/prom song.
