Ok, thanks for the reply. 3 weeks seems like an awfully long time to run a promo like that. I seem to remember a 60% discount last year too.....maybe it was buy one get the second for 60% off.....can't remember anymore.

 

Yeah, that must've been "buy 1 full-price, get 1 60%".

No way uDiscover had a true 60% off sale.

40% is the best I recall.

Yup, that was what I thought. I do remember that there was also a one time 40% discount around the same time, supposedly directed at members. That's the one I am holding out for...if they run it again. Thanks for the confirmation.

saw this morning, but I think ill just stick with the cd boxes for these sets. Only reason i want vinyl box is for the AAA album, but id rather just wait to see if they ever reissue all of them individually.

 

Is anybody else's Udiscover reward points balance in negative figures? (eg: mine reads "-10,998").
Looks like I owe them points. Not feeling particularly "rewarded", I must say.

 

I had an order cancelled for a 180 dollar box set. I was able to use the points, but once the order cancelled it put me in the negative. Maybe something like that?

 

Just checked: my total is correct.

 

So points are awarded immediately, even if order hasn’t shipped and customer has not been charged? Then if you use those points, but original transaction is cancelled, negative points are applied. Starting to make some senses, but seems an odd system.

 

I have no idea why, but I stopped earning points no matter how much I spend. Haven’t earned any yet this year. Kinda bummed about that but don’t know what is going on.

 

Same with me... and if I recall we both bought the Harrison Uber box cheap.

I’d say 100% chance. But probably a buy 3 get 30% sale or something to start to clear inventory.

 

i think the bigger question is what will be included as so much stuff as the “excluded from sales/discounts” nowadats

I have only bought jazz records from udiscover, so I enjoy when they spam me with "handpicked" choices like Motorhead. I mean that is some lazy software.

 

I feel like a 14-year old kid could design a better site than they have.

 

I did pick up a couple things on Sound Of Vinyl from the 30% sale they are having that has been excluded for a couple month for sales at UDiscover.
