    It came out late in the series, and is the only one that's not dedicated to a particular label or group of labels. Instead its focus is Chicago soul groups that Bob Abrahamian interviewed on his radio show. The liner notes have excerpts from the interviews.

    It's a shame that history has been written to somewhat disregard the interim years from Peter Green to Buckingham/Nicks, because the the Bob Welch era Mac has so much amazing material in it.

    There has has never been a rock n roll band with three lead singers that could match The Band. Not even close.
    This show is a treasure and it is strange that it took them 50 years to get it out.

    It should have been released on it's own though. It's easily their best live show.

    Fun evening with JGB also saw Neil w/Harvesters there. A low ceiling did nothing for the sound (as with The Stone) but both nights the music was hot...
