Out of all the Beatles relatives and hangers on, why did Giles Martin seem to have won the lottery as being deemed the musical expert in charge of remixes and whatnot. LOVE was ok for what it was but it lacks taste, which is something the Beatles as a unit usually had.
That was amazing. Laura Palmer and Bergerac, together at last. I couldn't stop watching to see who they'd dig up next.
Little late to the party, but... The girl that George sang to...did she want to know a secret? Did she promise not to tell? Or was she creeped out when he said "Oh, wo, oh, closer" and didn't want to know?
Here's one my daughter asked me once: "Who would be dumb enough to take some honey out of a tree and dress it up like George"? She has a point, I think.
I'm not aware of any unanswered Beatles questions. pretty sure all thing Beatles related have been covered here.
not all, There is still a few Would George have given Ringo a song o sing for Magical Mystery Tour If Ringo was given a song on Let It Be would John have come to join the sessions and would they pick one of the songs Ringo presented at the Let It Be sessions
Paul simply decided he didn't like it in the song anymore. Same thing with the "extra" bars in I Am the Walrus that were cut out.
I always thought Ringo did the vocal on Flying. Octopus's Garden was close to being Ringo's song on Let It Be, but I guess he couldn't get it together in time, or maybe John and Paul just weren't interested in doing it. It seems like the whole project just came to an abrupt end at the end of January. Maybe if they had another week or two, it could have finished it, but then due to the nature of the project, it would likely be missing the cool bubble effects...
but Ringo also had two other songs presented during the Let it Be sessions Picasso and Taking A Trip To Carolina
I've one: Has the woman speaking "This is so weird!" at (2:01) on "Walrus" ever been properly identified? Thanks.
Howabout...when guitar groups were on their way out...which exit did they use...? ...who was the SIXTH Beatle? ...and, what would the ideal track listing be, if the White Album was...an Edison cylinder?
That was after Yoko pilfered one of George's McVitie's Digestive Biscuits without asking. I always found it funny that two of the most famous, successful musicians in the world almost came to blows over...a snack food?! The Rutles couldn't have scripted that better. All of this is not only documented on the Wikipedia page, but it's referenced. Needless to say, it's best read using your inner Eric Idle voice. Digestive biscuit - Wikipedia
