What’s that weird (dropout, edit, tape stretch?) between the last “like I please you” in the chorus and the endings harmonica. (I’m talking about the mono album version) When playing my 2014 Mono LP please please me i first noticed this. I then spun the 63’ Mono LP and noticed the same thing. Also does that have anything to do with the loss of sync at the end in the stereo version?
(Apart of costing reasons) Why didn't they make gatefold sleeves for the LPs after Beatles For Sale and before Sgt. Pepper?
Why does the (falling, yes i am falling) section SO familiar even before i heard ive just seen a face
The 1993 CD release of the Red album includes the Hard Day’s Night tracks in Stereo on CD for the first time. I only recently found this out. Anyway: People go on about a mistake in the opening chord of the title track in the 2009 version- what about this 1993 version? What is the opinion of the other ‘93 Stereo tracks vs the ‘09 ones for this album?
Well it seems to be a chord progression of D C G C G so if you know any other songs with the same progression then theirs your answer. Also I recommend playing the song on youtube at 1.25 speed, I think the song might be even better than before
Were album key signatures planned in advance relative to each other? Or did they record according to vocal range and hope for the best? 'Cause the best sure sounds good....
