Uptone Audio - Great Customer Service

Just wanted to drop a note on my experience with Uptone Audio. I purchased a used LPS1 from ebay a while back that just died on me this weekend. It was out of warranty, but they offered to replace it with the new LPS1.2, at cost, for a significant savings on my end. I just have to send the old one in for testing and recycling. They had absolutely no obligation to do this, nor did I ask for it. I feel like companies should be publicly praised or shamed for their customer service so people know what they are getting into. Uptone Audio is one of the good ones!
