Due to long stopover will have almost full day to kill there.
Tried to search forum, but information is very old (from 2007)
Wonder if someone familiar with their store picture.
I am interested in krautrock and German (1965-1985) rock overall (I know about current insane pricing, but..), as well as some German pressings of other "dad's rock".
New pressings are not my cap of tea.

    BTW, another question.
Can you bargain in those stores or prices are set in stone?

Bargaining should be possible if you are buying more than just 1 or 2 items. For sure if you are spending 500 Euros there.

Maybe you wont be able to read this before going into Sachsenhausen but while you're in the area you should also try some digging at Sick Wreckords.
    It's a just a few doors down from No.2.

Already done. Visited n2 records, Mythos and Sick Wrecords. The last one I cared a little (it is 100 feet from n2), but other two I loved. Great owners and excellent selection, with superb quality. Almost everything is NM- or borderline. Prices are very reasonable. The only drawback was that owner of n2 took almost all German rock and kraut selection to some show. But perhaps he saved me lots of money )). I still was able to fish out 20 or so records, will show my catch a little bit later.
Very happy. Thank you guys for an advice!

I think In Between was closed that Thursday, and I had no time left for analogetontraeger.
Again, I suspect Mythos had somewhere "collectable" stack, but I simply was running out of time. Not like I was ready to shell out 1000 euro for Nosferatu or similar.
The highest priced item was only 35 (Novalis "Banished Bridge" 1st press in pristine condition), and most were in 15-20 euro range.

Well, there is always a chance for return there some time in fall or even earlier )).

Yes, In Between is closed on Thursdays. Their location is very close to Sick Wrecords, actually at the next corner.

I think Mythos Records has expensive stuff at the walls and in a rack close to the counter, next to the turntable for public use. The owner has probably other interesting and valuable records that aren't in the store yet. I only go there for CDs, so I might not know all the details regarding vinyl. Next time you are there tell Chris (the owner) that I sent you!
