    I just got back from vacation. I bought some painting stuff before I went and decided to teach myself to paint.
    I tried the oils only, at this stage, because I like the way they blend.

    Not sure if this is the kind of thing you had in mind for the thread. I basically just made these up. If I get a chance to do some more, I will probably try and paint a photo or something. My imagination is pretty good, but my painting knowledge is pretty non existent.
