I've been selling more gimbal arms on VPI in the last year or so versus the uni-pivot....but I really think this is more of a factor of "ease of use" versus sound quality. To me, I can't distinguish a ton of overall difference in sound quality b/t the two. I do feel that setup is easier on the gimbal.
