wbshop is having an Archive promotion -- 5 titles for $50. Also, you can use the promotional code "SAVINGS" to get $20 off a $100 order. In other words, 10 DVDs for $80+tax.

Can you provide a link? I'm not sure what this is..?

  4. Warner Archive is their burn-on-demand program. They burn a DVD-R of stuff that Warner did not want to release on commercially-pressed DVDs. This is about as cheap on an individual basis as I have seen, but I have no interest in buying DVD-Rs.

Interesting concept that I was unaware of. It's not much different than labels opening up their vaults for downloads that are not commercially viable to press and distribute.

I prefer high quality physical media as much as others do here but if it is the only means of acquiring an item that I'd otherwise not have the opportunity to own, there would be a place for this.

IIRC, this is the only place you can get Urgh! A Music War these days.
