I didn’t say they’re actually terrible and it’s intended as a compliment. I enjoy their humour and their music thus far.

Four songs now. A couple of hours after “Too Late Now” premiered, they released another new song today called “Oh No”.

I just pre-ordered the “exclusive limited LP”, which includes a bonus 7” with two additional songs. More info on the label’s web site.

I order the same. Psyched. Figured it's worth it for two extra songs.

I figured the limited edition with the bonus 7” was the best way to go. I’ve enjoyed all four songs we’ve heard so far and I’m sure there will be at least one more single leading up to the album’s release in April. At that point, we’re already going to be familiar with almost half the record, so it’ll be good to have the two additional tracks to look forward to.

This finally arrived so I know what I'll be playing (and playing) until the album is released in April - can't wait!

7 inch single of "Chaise Longue" with a previously unreleased demo version on the B-side notable for its spare arrangement, drum-machine rhythm, and their charming attempt to make it through the song without laughing

Love all their songs so far. Not sure missus agrees when I keep singing "I was in your wet dream, driving in my car" and doing the hand claps to follow...

I scored tickets this afternoon for the Toronto show, which looks like it’s been moved from the Horseshoe Tavern (capacity 400) to the Opera House (capacity 950).

Chicago just moved from Bottom Lounge (cap. 400 standing) to Thalia Hall (cap. 800 standing, 240 seated), and that too has now sold out.

I think the enthusiasm for this band is immense.

I think you meant Empty Bottle. I'm kinda disappointed because I really wanted to see them at the Bottle. Oh well.

The band recorded a four-song set for NPR’s Tiny Desk. Even more stoked to see them in March now!

I'm enjoying the songs they've released so far, definitely got a Pavement/Breeders sound to them which is never a bad thing.

This/ my post, is of absolutely no interest to anyone but me. I take my daughter to taikwondo lessons on Thursdays, they last 45 minutes so gives me time to sneak off to the local pub and have a pint whilst she’s there. (they were doing a particularly nice pint of Kernel best 6%, last week) anyway rocked up a few weeks ago and they wouldn’t let me in as there was a performance going on. Stuck my head through the door and said “is that wet leg?” Guy said maybe…we’ll be done in an hour.
Picked daughter up, took her back to the pub, had a pint and orange juice whilst wet leg were at the bar.
Was just a nice little unexpected moment as I’d been listening to their single loads for the last couple of weeks before.
It was the performance shown on jools Holland.
    Carry on…

Always a tricky moment asking a random guy 'is that wet leg?'
