Simon & Garfunkel. Really they only made 5 albums. That's all you need.

Olivia Newton-John: The first five albums in their original Australian configurations. A lot of those tracks were never released in the US.

Little River Band: First five albums including Backstage Pass.

Ditto to the poster who mentioned Gerry Rafferty's City To City through North And South.

Concrete Blonde, S/T (1986) to Mexican Moon (1993) would be super, and I reckon could attract new fans to this often overlooked band.

The Cramps. Songs - Stay sick would be great.

Idk if the first two albums still belong to separate companies. If so Smell - Flame job

I’m sure Chris Cutler still ships overseas.

This might be a cool set for Nirvana:

    - Bleach
    - Nevermind
    - In Utero
    - Incesticide
    - Sliver (Best Of The Box)*

    * That’s part of the title, referring to the With The Lights Out box.

    KC Vol. 1:

    - In The Court Of The Crimson King
    - In The Wake Of Poseidon
    - Lizard
    - Islands
    - Earthbound

    KC Vol. 2:

    - Larks Tongues In Aspic
    - Starless And Bible Black
    - Red
    - USA
    - Discipline

Would buy both in a heartbeat, preferably if they were the 30th Anniversary remasters .

  13. A Blue Oyster Cult box with the first five albums. The existing OOP original classic albums box skips over Spectres for some reason and includes 6th album Mirrors instead.

why not put the singles as bonus-tracks ? there is plenty of room left... and make a decent remaster of nevermind ?

Universal/Sony/Epic only include existing discs and I go by their standards, the way such a thing would actually be released.

Nevermind and In Utero should be the original masterings with the ‘hidden’ bonus tracks.

Yeah, David Walker’s material isn’t among the band’s best material (doesn’t suit them, like, at all), but otherwise the album’s pretty stellar.

They often leave out big sellers unless the catalogue is small enough to warrant inclusion.

A lot of my motivation for acquiring these sets was from comparing the value of a $5-$15 Hits Comp (America) vs $15-$25 for 5 albums containing all the hits plus whatever album tracks I might enjoy (but had never heard in my life).

In other cases I already owned a Hits Comp (sometimes for decades) but wanted to check out the proper albums which turned out to have some hidden gems as well:

Aretha, Linda, The Byrds, Doobies, Kansas, ELO, etc.

For bands with relatively expensive catalogs (The Kinks, Badfinger, Bowie, etc.) I tend to shop used (while being very patient). But I guess someone is buying those higher priced catalogs?

    Wellwater Conspiracy.

I'd also like them to repress the Bowie 5 years box and a MoFi box of the Pixies remasters.

  24. That exists - just not at the cut rate "Original Album Series" price.

  25. The Time: all three of their albums with Prince, the fourth that came in the early 90s, and the "Original 7even" album.
