What can I expect from MoFi.com in regards to damaged and missing items?

    I received a package today that has clearly been tampered with.. One record set is missing, the other was opened and damaged.. I can see that the MoFi shipping label was removed and affixed to a different box.
    What can I expect from MoFi, as far as replacements or refunds? Both show 'sold out' at their website.
