I watch at least two movies every day. This is nothing new. I've done this for quite a while now as I'm retired so there's lock down for me.
I generally watch older films as there are very very few new films that I like.
Over the years I've assembled a very large movie collection. My dvd have been ripped and put on hdd so I watch via pc.
I've got just about all the 4k Blu-ray films I want. The choice is terrible and after looking at the release schedule there's very little coming out that interests me. Most 4k bluray films are b movies in my book and straight to video quality. Is it any wonder the format is dead in the water.
There's loads of dvd movies I'd love to be released on bluray. I live in hope.
So I've got a few thousand films to pick from with most of those being over 20 years old
I love movies and always have. My parents and grandparents were avid movie fans. Back then the TV channels showed movies all the time. Now in the UK it's all soaps, cooking, house buying and reality drivel. Very few films get shown on mainstream TV
So I watch movies every single day and have done for most of my life

We’ve been playing the kids some Marx Bros lately - GO WEST in particular.
They loved to so much I bought 3 films of theirs off eBay immediately after.

We have a large physical DVD collection.

The kids lost it when Steve Carell went crazy in BRUCE ALMIGHTY last night.
I think that one sequence might have made Steve a star, but he may have gotten sick of that typecasting. They can’t watch ANCHORMAN yet, being 7 and 12 years old currently. D@mn.
We also went through all the Mission : Impossible films.

I’ve been on the icheckmovies.com site for a while, which tells me I have over 250 unwatched movies in my collection.
I better work on some of those.
That’s the good thing about having a backlog.
    We have a large garage.

We just got the Xbox one S, so I put some 4K discs into it, even though it’s not a UHD set, to see if I could see any sort of difference at all.

I bought those 4K discs as they were either on sale/secondhand and came with Blu-Ray discs included.

I always enjoy watching favourites and older movies I never saw the first time around.
