What happened to Guy Ritchie

All I can say is: HE’S BACK! Just saw “The Gentleman “ — great Richie film. Excellent! Smart story structure without too much hyperbole, excellent framing device, great characters, great story. My fav since his masterpiece SNATCH. More Mature you could say, or less kinetic, but the deafness of touch and eveness of direction is there as it was in his early films. Only weak link in the whole film is a piece of wood Charlie Hunan! What a fiasco, boy does he blow. He eradiates the depth of a rolling paper. I Thought Matthew Mc. Was very good. No disappointments there. B. Very good in his part.

Saw it tonight, two thumbs up, my wife even liked it so it could be up for some awards!

 

The Gentleman is on sale to rent on ITunes. $2

 

I’d give it 9.5/10. Loved it. Watched it twice. Would have been so lost without the closed captioning.

 

Ritchie’s next film Wrath Of Man ( Cash Truck) out next year. Looks like Guy Ritchie is using Jason Statham again who will also be in Five Eyes ( same writing team as Gentleman) released.... guess after
Wrath Of Man.

Nope. Let down with the excalibur yarn.

Yes! This news makes me very happy! Stratham’s made his money with blockbuster tough guy films and can go back to some gangster tough guy films. Can’t to wait to see who’s co-staring in these.

 

Quite a lot of actors involved in Snatch went on to do some great work.

I’m sure his next Fast and Furious installment with Dwayne Johnson film, should make the English actor even more ££££.

 

Five Eyes ?

It’s a spy thriller. A bit of a James Bond take by the sounds of it.

Referring to Cash Truck( finished / released 2021, and Five Eyes, Next film starts production / location next month. The irony being Jason Statham has been making millions these past 15 years .. I’m sure more than Madonna’s ex-husband.

 

He received a $75 million settlement. He's doing alright
