Neal Smith, drummer for the original Alice Cooper band, is now a Realtor. Has a clever spin on it at his site: http://www.nealsmith.com

  8. Former ELO cellist Mel Gale went on to run a small pressing plant, which later produced a small run of the band's 2006 single Surrender. However, this has since gone out of business, so he now sells property, teaches music lessons and has a small farm.

Additionally, I once read on a forum somewhere about John Deacon of Queen now being a postman and that he even once signed a copy of the group's Complete Works boxed set he was delivering, though I'm not sure whether this is actually true or not...

gratussi Feelin' nearly faded as my jeans.

From a quick scan of his wiki, it appears he found a job constantly..marrying..women. (If you say it in Norm Macdonald's voice, it's much funnier.)

I'd like to know what became of Maurice Deebank from indie cult band Felt....he was such a wonderful guitar player. I know he did one solo album but that seems to be it..

Ron Blair - Bass - Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers

    From: http://www.mudcrutch.com/content/band_bios.html

...Blair would move to Los Angeles where he played on Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ first four albums.
No longer wanting to deal with the rock and roll lifestyle, Blair quit the band in 1982 to open a bikini shop.

In March 2002, he re-joined the band to perform at their Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony.
He stayed on for the summer tour that year. Blair came in to help finish The Last DJ album.
Since then, Blair has been the bass man for the group.

Ha, there must be something about ex-bass players opening bikini shops...That's exactly what Peter Gifford of Midnight Oil did when he quit in 1987

What's wrong with a job looking at hot girls in tiny swimwear all day?

Arthur Brown and Jimmy Carl Black started a house painting business in the 80s under the name "Black and Brown" in Austin, TX. They did return to music after this.
