There you go! If you going to post a pic of what you're playing, make it look good!

I will definitely have to pay him a visit before I buy a new turntable. That's only 3.5 hrs away. Glad you got a jelco. Heard that they are unfortunately no longer being made

The PolyTable is awesome! George built it for me in 2015. It was one of the first five or ten that he built. I live about 20 miles from his shop, "Analog Emporium". He is a great guy!

The Super 12 was introduced a couple of years after I purchased mine. At $3,000+, it would have been out of the question anyway.
Having just added the Digital Motor Drive, I am now set for life.
For grins; I did mention to George about possibly trading mine in on a Super 12 before moving forward on the DMD a little over a month ago. It would have cost me a little over $2,000 with my PolyTable in trade. I decided to just get the DMD.
I seriously doubt with a 12" arm and the oil bath for the motor, that I would hear the difference.:) Lol! I do have about $3,000 invested counting my 2M Bronze.
    It is an awesome table!

I got the 2M Bronze when I had my turntable serviced in 2013.

At first stylus change I got the 2M Black, as the cartridge body is identical for Bronze and Black.

I have stuck with the Black ever since, the Bronze is certainly no slouch but the Black moves it up another notch, at least on my modest system.

Well there seem to be a monsoon out there today. Usually this time of year I have been home in Canada for 2 weeks and getting ready to hit Las Vegas and some years hit the Star Trek convention - enroll in the poker tournaments and see some shows. Stupid virus.

I am hopeful to cover the Hong Kong Audio Show - but it's next Saturday and a second wave has hit HK - so it's in doubt. Not canceled yet.

I chose to play this first up today because, firstly it's a fine record, and secondly I went for a drive in the wonderful Yorkshire Dales yesterday.
As always I head for the Ribblehead Viaduct and then just go wherever the roads take me in that incredible landscape. Beautiful scenery and fabulous driving roads.

I just ambled around places including Askrigg, Muker Thwaite and Leyburn, ending up at The Tan Hill Inn, England's highest public house, dating from the seventeenth century and an old resting place on an ancient drover's road.

The rear cover photograph of the album was taken on one of the limestone pavements near the mountain, Whernside.

Whernside forms the backdrop to the Ribblehead Viaduct:

... getting a Black stylus is always a possibility. I have thought about that in the past.

I recommend it, I'm sure you would not be disappointed.

If for any reason you did not like it you could very easily sell it on.

Heck, I'd buy it from you myself.
