What is the best CD version of Lyle Mays’s title album?

I’d like to give Lyle Mays’s first album a proper listen. What is the best version on regular CD, in everyone’s opinion? Thanks.

 

The original Geffen most likely although the remastered version on Warner Bros. is excellent...the prices for either if you can find one is crazy now...

That’s unfortunate. I wouldn’t mind a used CD or purchasing digital downloads of the high-quality tracks.

 

It's a shame his catalog has been out of circulation at least since that last decade...I wish more folks get the chance to hear his solo output with possible future reissues.
